The Ellianos story began when experienced entrepreneurs and coffee-lovers, Scott and Pam Stewart, returned to their home in Lake City, Florida, from a visit to the Pacific Northwest. While there, the Stewarts took notice of the booming drive-thru specialty coffee shop industry. Having a love for coffee and always looking to seize the right opportunity. With a lot of hard work, attention to detail, and help from others, Ellianos Coffee Company has become a dominant brand in the Southeast United States. Even in the early stages, Ellianos achieved brand awareness in its market and thousands of loyal customers.
