Fresh From Yianni’s Kitchen
Deeply rooted in the Greek culture, owner and culinary artist Yiannis Demopoulos was raised cooking Mediterranean foods with his YiaYia (Grandmother) and both parents. He still loves to spend time in the kitchen with his mother, Popie when he travels home to Wisconsin. True to the Hellenic way of cooking, recipes consist of a “dash” of this and a “pinch” of that instead of exact measurements but always end in perfection! Perfection comes partly because we use only fresh ingredients and also because simply put, serving the finest Mediterranean foods in Northeast Florida is what we love to do!
