At All 4 One Farms, just outside of Middleburg, wedding guests can relax among the property’s live oak trees, green pastures and an open-air barn complete with chandeliers and perimeter lighting. Brides have their choice of three wedding venues on the property and can enjoy knowing the farm only hosts one event per day so that each group receives the staff’s full attention. 

The property’s main house is a three-story, antebellum home with double porches on the front and back of the home. Whether brides choose to use it for their wedding photos or a place for guests to relax before the ceremony, the home is the centerpiece of the 112-acre farm. The bride’s room is also located on the first floor of the main house with large windows offering natural lighting and plenty of room for the bridal party to prepare for the nuptials. 

All 4 One Farms can accommodate 200 guests, including the bridal party. Ceremony and reception packages are available for all budgets with the option of creating a custom wedding package to meet specific needs and requests. 

Camp Chowenwaw

Located along Black Creek at the opening of the St. Johns River in Green Cove Springs, Camp Chowenwaw is a 150-acre recreation park available for couples looking to rent a rustic and serene venue for their wedding. Choose from a variety of indoor venues for the special day among the trees and overlooking Clay County’s waterways. 

Known as the “Big Cabin”, the park’s main building is available for rent, along with the adjacent outside stage and amphitheater seating at no extra cost. With a maximum capacity of 150 people, the cabin comes with 20 round five ft tables that seat eight people each. 

Although the venue does not offer air conditioning or heat, the cabin offers ceiling fans and three, working fireplaces perfect for setting the mood for your wedding venue. The cabin’s kitchen allows for easy preparations with a commercial sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave and a catering warming oven. 

Other on-site buildings available for rent include the Kiwita Nature Center with a maximum capacity of 55 people and the Orange Blossom Building with room for 30 people. 

Camp Chowenwaw was once operated by the Girl Scouts of Duval County as camp for over 70 years beginning in 1933. Overnight rentals ranging from cabins, primitive campsites and treehouses are also available for the bridal party and guests to make the event even more memorable.

The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm

Just south of Green Cove Springs, The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm welcomes bridal parties and their guests to experience an elegant, yet rustic wedding experience. Venues on the property range from the rustic bar, the vibrant garden with waterscapes alongside the stone terrace and the popular covered pergola with a brick fireplace serving as the centerpiece – perfect for pre-ceremony drinks. 

The Manor’s outdoor reception area is adjacent to the house where you’ll also find the ballroom, a picturesque venue with hardwood floors and plenty of natural lighting with views looking out over the farm. The Manor is also home to the bridal suite which has entire floor dedicated to the bride and her bridal party, along with a beauty parlor area with mirrors and chairs perfect for taking care of hair and makeup. A separate carriage house serves as the groom’s suite with a private dressing room, a television, bar area, pool table and an outdoor space for fresh air and outdoor activities. 

The manor can accommodate up to 300 guests in the outdoor spaces and 150 guests for indoor events.
