Known for a huge selection of fried dishes, like their fried shrimp, fried catfish and even alligator nuggets (!!), don’t miss out on their specialties like their stuffed flounder, stuffed with crab meat and topped with cheese in a white wine cream sauce served with rice.
Other special dishes include blackened catfish with grits and their glazed salmon with a teriyaki glaze served over rice with cabbage and cilantro. And be sure to ask about their all-you-can-eat daily specials – including shrimp, catfish and more!

Live Entertainment and Events

Whitey’s Fish Camp is also a great spot for local events and weekly activities. Every Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, enjoy live music on the Tiki Deck, making for a perfect day on the water.
Monday nights, Whitey’s host more live music with their popular ‘Jam Night’ as local musicians meet up on the Tiki Deck to play great music together.
In the Spring, get ready for the Thursday Night Workin’ Man’s Bass Tournament. This popular fishing event started in 1995 and brings in an incredible amount of boats and local fisherman every week during the season. Don’t have a boat? You can still join the fun and watch the weigh-ins to see who takes home the weekly prize and cheer on your favorite team as they move up the points ladder for the season. Â
One of Whitey’s Fish Camps most popular annual event is their Lighted Boat Parade held every year during the holiday season. Families, businesses and local organizations decorate their boats to cruise along Swimming Pen Creek competing for prizes and recognition. Proceeds from the event benefit the local Safe Animal Shelter.Â
