Clay County Outdoor Adventure Park Ribbon Cutting & Open House
A first for the county is opening its doors. The Clay County Outdoor Adventure Park is having open house celebrations with a ribbon cutting ceremony next weekend on September 29th (3 p.m.) and an open house on September 30th (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.). Attached is a flyer with this information for distribution as you see fit.
The 200-yard, 30-target-lane gun range is the first aspect to become a reality in the sprawling 158-acre complex near Camp Blanding. Future plans in discussion include the potential for a wide variety of recreational outdoor activities including archery, skeet shooting, paintball courses, airsoft courses, training opportunities, ATV courses, fishing, and a pro shop.
The range will be open for shooting on October 7th, and shooting will not be allowed at the open house, which will be cash-only. The complex is located at 3829 Sergeant Bradley Crose Road, Middleburg, which is on County Road 215, just south of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Our community is welcome to come out, sign up for memberships, learn more, and see the complex!
