We are located in Fleming Island, FL which is Southwest of Jacksonville and about 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. This is a cozy home – great for families or a small group of friends traveling together. The kitchen area is a great hangout – whether it’s enjoying morning coffee at the pub top table – or stepping out to the covered patio and relaxing in one of the great rocking chairs – or sipping an evening beverage while dinner is being made! The dining area features seating for all 6 guests and is just off of the kitchen. Unwind in the cozy living room at the end of your day of fun – and enjoy your favorite programs on the SMART TV.

The Owner’s Suite features a King Size Bed and En-Suite Bathroom. The first Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and the second Guest Bedroom offers two twin beds and also a work area, just in case! The backyard is quite large and fully fenced for your pup! We are pet friendly!
