Bring your Boat, Canoe, Kayak, or Paddleboard, because the Main St Boat Ramp is 1 1/2 miles away. We have plenty of parking for your boat too! You might curl up on the 2nd level deck and read a book while enjoying the scenic views along the Black Creek! Great open concept Kitchen / Living Area with a lot of windows to take in the view as well!

We have a fire table on the upper deck and a fire pit creek side. Enjoy a fire and roast some marshmallows! We get you started with a small s’mores kit to help! Three Bedrooms / Two Baths, an open kitchen, dining and living area with a large flat screen SMART TV. We have a King in the Owner’s Suite, a Queen in the Guest BR and 3 Twins in the other Guest BR. You will enjoy the wooded area, yet everything is not very far way. For groceries, to shopping, golf courses – many options to choose from. About 40 minutes to downtown Jacksonville. This beautiful home is elevated – so stairs are required.

Please note: Turning in, you may park under the house or on the gravel area in front of the house. We have parking for 4 vehicles. **This property is in a very wooded area along the Black Creek – so there will be a variety of native Floridians about – from birds, squirrels, bugs, and maybe a raccoon from time to time. There are critters in the Black Creek as well! Please keep that in mind. And, since we are in the country, you will hear some roosters & chickens that are nearby too! The water is well water.
