Our apartment is only a few blocks from the riverfront and the park in Green Cove Springs. Brand new construction – this is a 3 BR / 2 BATH apartment on the 1st floor of the complex. Full Kitchen, Laundry, WIFI and Basic Cable are all included. Everything you need for a relaxing get away! This is on the 1st floor – no stairs. There are several units in the complex and it is made up of some long term tenants as well as other short term tenants. There are exterior designated smoking areas outside of the complex, but there is no smoking allowed in the apartments. This is one of the only two units at the front of the complex, both of which are for short term guest stays.
