Brand New Pine Hill Point Townhome in Green Cove Springs – End Unit with BONUS side yard!
Nestled along Hwy 17 in between Jacksonville & Palatka is the beautiful little town of Green Cove Springs. The St Johns River bends along the waterway here and the area is sheltered by the gorgeous green trees that surround the area. Spring Park’s Pier & Waterfront feature a state-of-the-art playground for children, covered shelters and some shade to have a picnic & relax. The public spring fed pool* has water that surges up from below at a reported rate of 1,346 gallons per minute and at a constant temperature of 77 degrees! It flows from the spring, through the municipal spring pool and finally into Spring Run as it makes its’ way to the St Johns River some 200 feet away. Our Pine Hill Point Townhome is a little over 1 mile from the riverfront and the park. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Laundry, WIFI Smart TV’s in the Living Area, Owner’s Suite and one Guest Bedroom. Bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or Disney + account info and be able to view any of your programming. There are also free apps available! Everything you need for a relaxing get away!
Pet Friendly – pets less than 20 lbs – additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Max is 2. Fee is per pet. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Any damages from the pet are not covered by the limited damage waiver.
