This cozy studio apartment is 500 Sq Ft with an additional 130 sq ft patio. It has a full kitchen with apartment size refrigerator and stove/oven. Pub Top Dining for 2, Screened in Patio area for relaxing at the end of your day! 55″ Smart TV with YOUTUBE TV featuring 65+ channels.  Washer/Dryer in unit. King Size Bed with 12″ hybrid memory foam/innerspring comfort mattress.  We provide a starter kit of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion & soap; starter supply of trash bags as well as a few laundry pods and dish soap. We also provide a starter kitchen kit that includes a small olive oil, salt/pepper packets and a sampling of hot sauces. Additional cooking products, toiletries and laundry supplies are provided by the guest.

Small Dog Friendly less than 20 lbs – additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Dog must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet.
