Our venue and event facility is a hidden gem on the banks of the St. Johns River in Orange Park, Florida.  This Southern style home was built in the early 1870’s and proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. It remains today as beautiful and stately as it did upon construction completion in 1874.

You will love having your outside ceremony on our vast waterfront lawn and beautiful garden view.  The grounds surrounding the home are as nostalgic and beautiful as the home itself.  The lush waterfront lawn is shaded by statuesque 300+ year old Live Oak trees, dripping with the southern romance of Spanish moss.

Winterbourne hosts one event at a time, therefore, you and your guests will have privacy and the undivided attention of our staff. We can accommodate 120 using both inside and outside seating. We can accommodate 100 guests for an inside seated affair. Come share our rich history and southern charm, and be confident knowing each detail of your day is being handled by professionals.
