February 5 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
flyer

Join us for a special presentation at the Orange Park Library!

At a time when women were denied the right to vote, when civic pride was scarce, and when life was marked by hardship, a group of eight determined women set out to make a difference. Their vision and perseverance gave rise to the Orange Park Woman’s Club, an organization dedicated to progress and community service. Guests are invited to step back in time to 1910 and journey through world wars, the Great Depression, and other unimaginable challenges, discovering the remarkable history of a club that has consistently shown resilience and strength in achieving what once seemed impossible. This is the story of how the women of Orange Park worked tirelessly to transform a quiet village into the vibrant, modern community it is today.

Presented by local historian, Bob Scallan, owner of Orange Park History Tours
