T.C. Miller and Orange Park’s African American Story
February 7 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Starting at 11 am on Saturday, Feb. 7, Mrs. Betty Demmons will present an interesting look into the story of Teresa Calwell Miller, local African-American educator for whom the TC Miller Center is named. Come hear about this teacher/administrator who began her career during segregation days in Orange Park. Mrs. Demmons will also share stories from her own life in the McIntosh area of Orange Park. This is a rare opportunity to get such a rich local historical perspective. Light refreshments.
